What is the Temple Project?

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is proposing to develop the Temple Data Center on a roughly 700-acre site east of downtown Temple. This site has been underutilized for decades and has been designated by the city and county for data center development.

We’re proud to partner with the Temple community to build a world-class facility that strengthens local infrastructure, creates high-quality jobs, and generates new revenue for the city of Temple, local school districts, Bell County, and many other jurisdictions.
